Vous allez comprendre plus la vie quotidienne des pêcheurs à la baie. Puis, nous continueons le kayaking à de différents lieux. Nous retournons en bateau à 16.00 pour la deuxième nuit.


Option 2 (Découvrir l’île de Cat Ba)
7.30: Petit déjeuner en bateau. Contination des visites des autres payages de la baie. Vous avez opportunité de visiter le village de pêche Van Gia – un village le plus grand de Halong.

Nous allons visiter l’île des Singles avant l’arrivée à Cat Ba pour le déjeuner. L’après-midi, vous avez du temps libre pour vous détendre, vous baigner ou regarder la tombée du Soleil.
Jour 3: Cat Ba - Ha Long – Hanoi

Becoming a sponsor of Yelp! was supposed to be a very effective and great experience. Advertisers, called "Sponsors" on the site, are supposed to be allowed to highlight a specific review and communicate with reviewers.   E-Z Movers has worked with them for some time now and becoming a Yelp sponsor didn’t work for them like they thought it would.

The suppression of a great many favorable reviews of E-Z Movers and posting of the few bad reviews has been misleading of the service, negatively rather than positively. The screening of reviews is misleading and is plain out not nice. Maybe Yelp! should just post all reviews and let the consumers decide for themselves! So, E-Z Movers says “Say No to Yelp!” it’s misleading and can hurt your business.

Yelp has been disapproved of over the unfairness of bad reviews on the site. Yelp says that it will not censor user comments, yet it removes good and bad reviews that are considered "suspicious". What is “suspicious”?

The Commerce Department says orders to U.S. factories for big-ticket manufactured goods dropped an unexpectedly steep 2.5 percent in June, reflecting the continuing troubles in the auto industry and a steep drop in demand for commercial aircraft. It was the largest drop in five months. Economists were expecting a drop of 0.6 percent.


In early morning trading, Dow Jones industrial average fell 67.72, or 0.7 percent, at 9,029.00. The Standard & Poor's 500 index is down 9.21, or 0.9 percent, at 970.41, while the NASDAQ composite index is down 18.20, or 0.9 percent, at 1957.31.

Financial Redress Client Takes Action Against Bank West

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 28, 2009 – In what is believed to be the first case of its kind in WA, new firm Financial Redress is lodging a writ on behalf of Jian Cheah, 24, of Bentley, to recover allegedly unfair penalty fees charged by BankWest for overdrawing on his transaction account.
Financial Redress managing director James Middleweek said banks and credit providers were permitted to charge customers penalty fees for overdrafts or late payments but only as a genuine pre-estimate of their costs, which were usually just a matter of cents.
But they were typically charging $35 to $50, as was the case with Mr Cheah.
“This is the first case to go to court and if the banks are not prepared to deal with this matter fairly, we expect hundreds more will follow,” he said.
Mr Middleweek said he had been inundated with claims since Financial Redress was launched last month, some as high as $40,000.
“Our clients range from Jian to successful businesses with tens of thousands of dollars of claims,” he said. “What unites them all, I believe, is they are fed-up being ripped off by the banks and they want redress.”
Mr Cheah, who does part-time administrative work for the firm, said the court action was a matter of principle and that he was hoping to make more people aware of penalty charges.
Mr Middleweek claimed penalty charges were legally unenforceable and that banks simply deducted them from accounts in the hope customers wouldn’t do anything about it. He said claims could go back six years and claimants were entitled to interest, if successful.
Mr Middleweek said he would also lodge a complaint with the Banking and Financial Services Ombudsman because BankWest had not responded to complaints his firm had lodged on behalf of 10 clients.
“In relation to them not responding, this is either ineptness or deliberate evasion,” he said.

“Either way it smacks of terrible customer service.”
A spokesman for BankWest said it was not appropriate to comment when the matter was before the courts.
Research by Fujitsu Consulting last month revealed Australians were paying on average 22 per cent more in banking fees than British households and 11 per cent more than US households.
